On May 31, 2022, USAID Fish Right along with GRF Hublag Microfinance Foundation, Inc. continue to work on programs that promote sustainable fishing across Capiz province. Hublag has committed to support responsible sourcing for the fishery sector by financing partners that adhere to BFAR’s standards and by extending support to marketing the products.
Our partner oyster farmer associations will benefit through Hublag and Crystal Bay Oyster’s partnership which will ensures that partners have adequate financing, the right training to handle fresh seafood delivery, and access to market to ensure profitability.
